Budget beauty regime for acne prone skin

My skin being sensitive and oily, always faced acne issues. I had acne issue in my teenage, years passed and my acne problem has decreased, also my makeup skills are getting better!

But even now occasionally, I have breakouts, no matter how much I take care of my skin.
I never want to invest too much in beauty products or makeup products, at least for now so I have a very simple regimen for the times when my skin breakouts.

Following are some tips to maintain good skin and cure accidental acne:

Wash your face using a mild face wash, I swear by Clean and Clear Original Face wash; I use this even when I don’t have acne.

Moisturize, using an oil free moisturizer. I would suggest using natural moisturizers and toners, you can also use chemical free aloe vera gels available in the market as moisturizers and face packs.

Exfoliate! you can use Ayur Apricot scrub once a week, it’s fabulous you will feel soft, smooth and moisturized skin instantly.

For acne prone skin id recommend go for as many natural beauty products as you can. Use homemade face packs like a besan (chickpea flour), turmeric and honey pace pack, besan and lemon juice face pack.

A little makeup helps on big events or important occasions. It will only boost your confidence. You can use a good coverage foundation like Maybelline Fit Me Foundation which alone hides minor imperfections and if required a good concealer.

Drink a lot of water. The reason of your acne could be sudden change in your diet or habits. Water helps solve all minor body problems

Eat right! Stop eating junk food already! Also avoid dairy products. Munch up green veggies and fruits, the antioxidants and vitamins ensure great skin.

Exercise! You can do as less as a 30 minute workout or yoga to ensure great body and skin. You will feel inner glow after a session of exercise plus your skin problems will minimize as well.

Avoid going to places with dust, dirt and where you cannot take care of your face

Be happy! Stress could be another major factor for your acne. Go out with friends, have some time to engage in your hobbies, passions, basically enjoy every moment!

Finally, acne is not the end of the world! You are still beautiful. Just be confident about yourself and walk with pride for being you.
